    A bit of a general question - but how has your startup moved into outbound customer acquisition? We have fairly steady pipelines for SEO/content marketing, design, and development but have struggled to take the next step into outbound lead generation. What are some of the most successful strategies y’all have used, and how did you find them? For reference, we’re a SaaS startup entering the visual collaboration/online whiteboard space (frescopad.com)

    Hi Paul :) Hope this thread is still of use for you! I am a 7 figure agency owner and this is the base process we are using for our clients: 1. buy 10-20 domains that sound similar to yours e.g. frescoo.com 2. create 3 email accounts per domain 3. Use Apollo to create Ideal Customer Personas and scrape the right leads & enrich leads with sth. like voila norbert 4. Use Instantly.ai to warm up the emails for 14 days 5. Write email copy and test different angles with 500-1000 leads 6. use tools like whatis.emailopener.com to customize outbound messages 7. Let the magic happen and do proper inbox management

    Normally I would create a funnel. Top-level funnel device -> Landing page -> nurture material Bit hard to be super specific since it depends a lot on the industry, what type of leads you are looking for etc.
