What's your hiring process?
I've conducted a couple of hiring cycles for different positions but I want to hear more about some popular practices in the hiring cycle. What do you look for? Where do you find talent? How do you onboard new employees?
An online screening while submitting the CV; a 10-minute phone call a 30-minute video-conference or onsite interview with a manager a very short test assignment a 30-minute interview with a co-founder an informal meeting with the team. (Of course, the process might be shorter for interns or some very junior positions)
