How many Gmail accounts do you use?

@patrick_sao_e14 @eren_socialclub impressive🚀 Do you have a system for them so you can keep track on what account does what or how do you search for specific emails?

@orchyan That's a solid number!! Are they personal/ work related? How do you search for information through so many different accounts?

@soner_ this is quite a few compared to what I heard from other people 😅 is it easy for you to navigate through them?

@sandradjajic I like being organized so this is why I don't have many! 2 of the company emails are also under my control but didn't count them Yes, it's easy for me Was harder at the beginning though - but got used with it

@busmark_w_nika Interesting!! How do you search for information within that many accounts? U have your own organization system to remember all, or?

@sandradjajic I filter it through labels. Some have higher priority than the rest. It also depends on who sent me that email. If it is someone I am more connected and have something in common, I am more likely to proactively check it. (I don't wait for the email. I check it constantly –> It is almost like stalking that person). :-D IYKWIM

@sergeipetrov well someone needed to ask this at some point, we all waited for it 🤣 But 3 sounds quite minimalistic and organized still! do you always remember what info is in what email ?

@nicolaas_spijker spam account sounds like a game changer haha 🤣 is it easy and quick for you to search through these emails?

@sandradjajic The account is basically a placeholder to get into some apps whenever I test them out, I don't bother reading through the emails in that account lol

@mark_amouzgar wow! How do you find things when you need something? Do you go and check each accounts or?

@filippo_pietrantonio I feel that number 4 is very common in this discussion 🙈 but do you have struggles sometimes trying to figure out in which of these 4 emails is the information/ files you need? How do you keep track of them?

@sandradjajic To be honest, I don't handle it very well. I schedule a time to look at each email. However, some of them I miss.

@bzcrk wowww that's overwhelmingly many!! But what do you have the rest of them for? Any important information there?

@sandradjajic Gmail app can have many accounts. Protonmail is its own app. The rest goes into default mail app on iPhone. Altho im going to start using superhuman soon. ....aaand klu.so when the get on the appstore and I can pay for it with the corporate Apple Pay account 😬. any day now 😅

@sviridov Simplicity is a key😅 Isn't just one email loaded with so much information then?
