Well, I usually start my day by hitting the snooze button on my alarm about a dozen times before begrudgingly rolling out of bed. Then I stumble around my room like a zombie, trying not to step on any Legos, before finally making my way to the kitchen for some much-needed caffeine. So, basically, the complete opposite of a zen morning routine :)
