I like to have a 15 minute 'buffer' after each working day, where I can unwind. This is the same for Friday (end of the week).

A good videogame. You can choose what you need more: whether serotonin or adrenaline. It is recommended that games must be of high quality.

I try to recharge daily. Hiking or walking (5 miles +) helps a lot!
Just listen to music and read!
A long sleep, a late rise, and endless coffee in bed.
Motorcycle rides to anywhere that’s not a crowded, smoggy city.
Visiting friends, picnicking, and spending time with my family has helped me alot in getting my energy back.

I generally try to recharge everyday by either working out, video games or just relaxing and watching a show!
