How do you mentally prepare yourself for a big day?

Hi there! It happens to anyone, new job, big projects at work, important clients to meet... When a stressful day is coming, where do you start? I like to have a big breakfast, wake up early, and generally, I like to work out the day before so that I have a good night of sleep. What about you?

@cica_laure_mbappe Regardless, I think the event is not more important than me and I am very strong. In this way, my energy also rises and I fight much more successfully the next day. You are so STRONG dear Cica-Laure Mbappé never forget it :)
