What is an ideal thing to do in this scenario? Since it has already been a year and people are now used to the kind of environment, should we be calling the people to office or let them make a choice(considering the loss of revenue it incurs on the organization)?

I am not sure how people not coming to the office reflects in the revenue. But I would agree that WFH might pose some challenges for some teams. Although the COVID situation has improved, we are yet to conquer it completely. And since the entire Covid thing seems ineluctable I guess companies can let people make a choice
