Weekends are a must for me.
I take breaks going to the gym, going on walks or talking to friends to help reset.
I try to rest one day a week
Rest when theres not much things to catch up at work. But I do work during weekends when it's a really busy season, but not like fully work, just minimal stuff.

It's important to rest on weekends if those are your official days off, now. A balance between work and life is essential to preserve your health. 🧘
