I've tried it before and I can say it is effective but you need to make it sustainable which wasn't the case for me.
I've tried it before, but it was somewhat effective for me. I believe I wasn't as consistent with it.

Pomodoro is great but every time I take a break I lose some context or flow, so I try to stick with working without looking at the time and just focus on the tasks.
I used to use the Pomodoro method when I was a student. No longer use it, but will consider using it again thanks to you! Lol

Absolutely! Especially for those pesky tasks that you are avoiding. I often do this in the morning to build momentum!
I think pomodoro is good for studying and learning intermediate skills, but not suitable for deep working or researching
