My approach is unique as I combine heart-centred practice with commercial and strategic acumen. Skilled in process and system improvement, I focus on ways of working to benefit the individual, the team and the greater business strategy. At Marlee, I partner with our CEO & Founder, Michelle Duval, to bring the vision of making human development accessible to everybody. I share strategic context that helps teams build understanding while also reviewing and designing systems and processes to help achieve the goals of the organisation. I start, unblock and accelerate projects - all while being the heart-centred leader that I am.
