My emails are opened, read, clicked and replied to way more often since I start… See more

Have a look at Salesflare’s email workflows. It’s the best solution if you’d like to send personal emails at scale. No one can see that it's not you who personally sent the email. The free HubSpot CRM allows you to assign and track leads, manage the sales process, manage workflows for better project management, and record customer interactions across every channel in one place. Have had a good experience with HubSpot. They push updates regularly and although it's less full-featured than Salesforce, they're visibly going in the right direction, and their UX is a lot better. Integration with marketing tools and now support is also very well done overall.
