For us, the biggest hidden cost is redundant context loading, agents re-processing the same information across different tasks instead of maintaining a smart state. We've been obsessed with making agents that don't just work, but work efficiently.
What’s the biggest hidden cost you’ve faced when running AI in production?

We are building on LangChain, and my wish is to reduce redundant functionality or modules. So, we can use only features.
Devs: what’s the #1 thing you wish your AI framework did better?

I post on Twitter or Reddit to get feedback on features or problems worth solving. If someone’s interested, I ask if they want to beta test. When they say yes, I DM them - they’re already warmed up.
How do you collect feedback from beta users before your PH launch?

1st MVP + superb marketing. Building is easy now with AI - distribution is 10x harder. Even a simple product wins if people see it. For indie makers, marketing is everything. ;)
Which is more important: making a great product or doing effective marketing?

No, for me, it's too limited and cannot work with my everyday tools. That's why I decided to create my own AI tool to manage scheduled tasks. ;)
Anyone else here using GPT Scheduled Tasks? ✅

Curious what tools you use today: a tool that automates tasks just by chatting with it.
Hey, I’m building a tool where you just chat to automate tasks—no setup, no coding. It connects with your apps and gets stuff done. Quick question: What tools do you use for repetitive tasks right now? (Zapier, Notion, n8n, Make.com, etc.) What are the most common apps or SaaS tools you use every day? What’s the most annoying part of your workflow? Would you be interested in trying an early...
