Know any YouTubers? Share this free monetization quiz with them 🎯

A lot of YouTube creators especially small to mid-tier channels are sitting on real monetization potential but don t have a clear path beyond AdSense.

We recently built a quick yes/no quiz that helps YouTubers instantly assess how sponsorship-ready their channel is across six key categories:

  • Audience engagement

  • Content quality

  • Monetization strategy

  • Social presence

  • Brand-fit signals

  • Partnership readiness

How do you make people aware of your presence on Product Hunt?

I originally came to Product Hunt just to launch a product. But the more I explore, the more I realize this is a really interesting community. There are lots of great ideas, smart people, and valuable discussions.

The thing is... I still feel kind of invisible.

I ve posted a few times. Some posts got a few upvotes, but barely any comments or replies. It feels like I m talking into the void.

So now I m wondering:

What’s the last product that genuinely made you go: 'Whoa — this is smart'?

I m always on the lookout for those aha moments where a product nails the timing, design, or simplicity so well it just clicks.

What s the last product that made you pause and think:

Damn this is clever ?

Bonus points if it s something small but brilliant. Curious to see what s been impressing you lately

What’s the biggest value of launching on Product Hunt?

Let s be honest : everyone who launches on Product Hunt dreams (a little or a lot) of hitting the top of the daily leaderboard.

But let s put the trophy aside for a moment.

Do you launch on other platforms too? For example, Kickstarter or IndieGogo

Possible platforms where you can launch have been discussed here several times.

Of course, it brings benefits for SEO (backlinks), visibility (more content, awareness),...

What social channels do you run your company on?

Building a community online for a startup can sometimes be challenging. What platforms do you use to build your company s?

What’s the most effective way to make real progress on your product?

One thing I ve seen across multiple startups I ve worked with: progress often gets stuck.

Endless planning. Too many async updates. Not enough actual momentum.

Why Do Creator-Brand Deals Still Feel Like the Wild West?

As founders, we ve streamlined so many industries payments, logistics, customer support yet influencer partnerships still feel stuck in chaos.

Finding the right YouTuber for a brand collab often means weeks of cold DMs, ghosting, vague pricing, and deals that collapse mid-way. Even when creators are eager to work with brands, the process is scattered and painfully manual.

Why Are Influencer Deals Still Stuck in DMs and Ghosting in 2025?

As founders, we automate ads, analytics, and customer support yet influencer marketing still feels like sending carrier pigeons.

You reach out to a creator. They might reply or vanish for weeks. Negotiations happen in messy email threads, rates are all over the place, and deals fall apart because there s no structure or urgency.

Exploring new ways for brands to quickly partner with YouTube creators

Let s be real, brand partnerships with YouTubers shouldn t feel like chasing ghosts.

How do you find YouTube creators fast without endless cold DMs and ghosting?

As a founder, I ve wasted weeks trying to connect with YouTubers for sponsored content cold emails, DMs, and awkward negotiations that go nowhere.

Have any of you found a faster, more transparent way to secure YouTube ad deals?

which industry do you think is the riskiest to start a business, and which is flourishing?

With AI, it seems to be everything possible:

Everybody is a builder, maker, marketer, founder, (vibe)coder/developer.

What piece of advice would you give to someone who wants to start building a personal brand?

I can safely say that Product Hunt is the first platform where I managed to achieve a relatively large number of followers as a person.

(It wasn't the plan, because the plan was to focus on the Slovak community on Instagram, and I'm honestly glad it didn't work out.)... Anyway...

What’s one thing you wish someone had told you before validating your first idea?

Everyone says Validate before you build , but no one tells you what that actually means until you re deep in it.

Maybe you launched too soon, built too much before talking to anyone, or trusted feedback that sounded nice but meant nothing.

Have you ever ran a business on donations?

As an indie app developer who bootstraps projects, sometimes I can't help but think that one day when savings are gone, I must find a way to sustain my digital business, and perhaps I should run it on donations. I'm working at Nomadful, a digital health company with a simple mission: to provide anyone holding a phone with free, high-quality mental health services. As of today, my mobile app has accompanied over a thousand people through their unique journeys with mental health.

Have you ever ran a business on donations? What have you done to support those who run on donations?
