New distance unit added: Nautical Miles
A few users who create sea route animations told us something simple:
Everything looks great but the distance is in km.
For ocean routes, nautical miles are the standard.
New launch: OctoClaw
The team cooked something new: @OctoClaw - AI specialists in marketing, sales, and support, that runs 24/7 in the cloud.
No coding. No terminal. No Docker.
Clarity: Caffeine and Focus - Knowledge Work
Many of us have transitioned to knowledge work and most of us, if not all, rely on caffeine to boost our mental performance.
If it weren t so effective we wouldn t drink it.
We know caffeine is particularly effective for combating fatigue and improving focus. But what if it could be even more so?
The first step is raising awareness about the daily habit we consume without fully understanding its effects and timing.
This is where clarity shines this is Clarity s purpose.
People are switching from OpenAI to Claude following Sam Altman's announcement today.
TL;DR: Anthropic refused to sign a contract with the Pentagon that would have allowed the U.S. military to use all of its models without restrictions. Anthropic insisted on an exception, and brace yourself, that its models cannot be used: 1) for mass surveillance of citizens, 2) for autonomous killing. Now the administration is threatening that if the founder of Anthropic doesn't change his mind by a certain date, they will come after him.
Google, OpenAI, and Musk (Grok) have all signed the contract.
Following Sam Altman's announcement over the past few hours, people have been speaking out massively about cancelling their OpenAI subscriptions and subscribing to Claude.
Open Source Reflection Skills MCP
Hi community!
At Jots we believe that reflection should be a core engineering skill, especially in this age of AI.
So we built a Reflection Skills MCP and made it open-source.
It is a protocol server that exposes:
Why did I build Eureka?
1/ Why did I build Eureka?
Traditional knowledge is linear. Books, articles, search results all force you to read page by page. But our brains don't work that way. We think in connections, associations, and visual patterns.
2/ Eureka transforms any knowledge source into a visual, explorable map:
Upload a PDF Get a knowledge graph
Enter a topic Explore connections
Paste a URL See concepts visualized(on the way)
...
3/ What makes it special?
AI guides your exploration (no need to know what to ask)
Interactive tools on the canvas (calculators, animations)
Knowledge graph = content script (generate articles/videos instantly)
4/ Perfect for:
Educators creating teaching materials
Professionals learning new domains
Content creators seeking structure
Anyone building a knowledge base
5/ Try Eureka today and let me know what you think! What topic would you explore first?

Do you think early users care about design or just function?
I ve been thinking about how much design quality actually matters in the earliest stages of a product.
Some users don t seem to mind rough edges if the tool genuinely solves a problem. Others instantly bounce if the UI doesn t feel trustworthy.
