Exec search founder building the fix for broken hiring

Hi everyone! I'm Sam

I run Integria Consulting, an executive search firm in Montreal. Over my career I've kept seeing the same pattern: hiring doesn't break for lack of talent. It breaks before the first candidate is even contacted, because the recruiter and hiring leader were never truly aligned on the role.

That's what we built Alynd (pronounced "aligned") to fix. It's an upstream, AI-powered workflow that locks in alignment at intake, flags bias early, and provides transparency around the scope of the role in the form of a candidate-facing brief.
