I've been working in digital since 2011, long enough to have seen every major shift in how brands get found online. Right now I lead the Digital Customer Experience portfolio at Vass in Spain, where I spend my days thinking about how brands connect with their customers across every touchpoint. And increasingly, that question leads to the same uncomfortable answer: AI engines are becoming the new front door and most brands have no idea whether they're even in the building.
