I'm building ClaritySMB because I experienced the power of business coaching firsthand. Having a coach completely changed how I approached my business, but at $1,000+ per month, it's just not realistic for most solo entrepreneurs.
Most business tools are built for teams. Most coaches cost $1,000+ per month. And most advice is generic fluff that doesn't actually help you decide what to work on this week.
Here's what I'm building instead:
A business coaching platform that gives solo founders the clarity and structure they need to actually execute, not just brainstorm.
Building a lower-ticket B2B SaaS (about $30-40/month range) and planning my Product Hunt launch strategy. Want to make sure I have a solid post-launch marketing plan ready to capitalize on any momentum.
I'm currently a team of 1, and some days it can be hard (and lonely) to just keep grinding. Curious to hear from other solo builders here how you stay motivated and consistent over the long run?
Things helping me a lot right now:
Private community to share progress
Lots of small releases
Reaching out to current users to get more feedback and direct work
Reminding myself that it sometimes just takes time
We ran early access promotions before building to validate real interest and willingness to pay it worked well for us. Would love to hear how others approached this pre-sales, landing pages, communities?
For I've been dealing with this problem - How do you guys manage to handle all the posts, links, content and research on the trends? Don't you all feel a bit too cluttered managing it all on bookmarks, notion or even inside the saved features of the apps themselves?
For those of you who ve been following along first off, thank you. I ve been building Probado, a platform that helps early-stage founders get structured, paid feedback on their MVPs from vetted testers. It s affordable, customizable, and enhanced with AI that helps summarize insights and recommend improvements.
We ve got now 100+ vetted testers onboarded, and the MVP is just about done.
But now I m facing the part that honestly feels the hardest so far: marketing.
Building Probado Customizable MVP feedback powered by vetted testers & AI (free tests for early users!)
