The starting point for me was when I heard from colleagues that they wanted to do a startup about presentation design. I immediately liked the idea because it was my personal pain :)

Ai is already making our lives much easier and more efficient. People will think more about global things when all the routine work goes to artificial intelligence. The main thing is that people retain the skill to reflect, analyze and draw conclusions because it will be a computer for us.

Even when development had already begun, we continued to communicate with them and look for confirmation of the need for the product and what functionality we needed. The second stage was development, of course. And right now, most of the time is spent on meetings with team...

We are making a presentation designer. We conducted interviews with business owners and managers. We chose cool colors for modern design. And then, at the interview, we hear from the guys that even though we have a blue color, but the wrong shade. At some point, we started hearing it all the time (often). Now we are making a color picker :)

The main thing is not to blame yourself for it. So, for example, I like to go for a walk or do sports. But when I do this, I don't think, "I need to work now", but I allow myself to rest. Is it possible to reduce motivation because you have not been successful in your work for a long time? I always try to catch small victories and praise myself for them.

First of all, the product must fulfill its stated functionality. These are non-negotiable. Next, it would be good to consider the user experience. It would not be beneficial if users drop your product because they cannot handle the interface. Good luck with the launch!
