How many people have built on top an existing platform?
I was listening to one of my favorite podcasts a while back (My First Million highly suggest for anyone interested in business) and one of the ideas was "to be the barnacle on the whale".
They talked about the explosion of Shopify, and how they had successfully built their business around the growth of Shopify and it's eco system.
Curious if anyones done something similar?
