Hey there. Just wanted to share the motive behind Unbuilt Lab. Every time I had an idea for a SaaS or app, the same thing happened. I'd spend a couple of days digging through forums, hosting posts for feedback, reviews and search results trying to work out whether anyone actually wanted my Idea or not. By the end I usually had a hunch, not an answer, without enough proof of Qualitative and/or Quantitative assessment, and more often than not, I'd built nothing.

So I built the thing I kept wishing existed.

Unbuilt Lab does that digging for you. It reads what people are genuinely complaining about across 12 18 public sources, isolates the real pain point underneath the noise, and scores it on both qualitative and quantitative measures. What comes back is an Idea Report backed by six dimensions evidence you can point at, not a gut feeling.

There are two ways in: users can find ideas Unbuilt Lab has already surfaced, around 20k+ so far, growing daily, or bring their own idea and it runs the same analysis on user's idea.

Launching on the 10th of Aug. and doing the last round of prep.

I've read plenty of "how to launch" advice, but most of it is written by people selling launch services. I'd rather hear from makers who've actually been through it.

Two specific questions:

1. What did you spend time on before launch day that you'd skip if you did it again?

Could be a website, an app, a checkout flow, a product demo, or anything interactive.

What made it memorable?
