For us, it took 1.5 years to take another shot. We pivoted a lot from our previous version, moving from psychological quizzes for couples to a voice-first AI therapist. A recent comment from @chrismessina suggested doing launches every quarter.

The most important tools for me are Notion Calendar, notes, and our internal OKRs in Google Sheets. All of us have a lot of different tasks every day, and I find it very helpful not to keep everything in my head. So all tasks should always be written down somewhere.
