What I like about this approach is the proactive collection of feedback that can be turned into testimonials in a continuous process. As you solicit thought (intercepting the customer at a good moment and in a low-key natural way), there is some great thought put into collecting, managing and distributing them. I downloaded it and am going to give it a shot. I love the idea of it. Typically I used Google Tasks when I need to have a list, but open to other solutions. Designing a product that's simple, elegant and useful is incredibly hard to do. This looks promising.

I always check email, even when I'm on vacation. I feel better being able to at least spot something I need to handle later, traffic it to someone so I don't hold it up, or triage my inbox (thin out the herd, save important stuff for later).

Deep Research does a great job of presenting more formal, grounded pieces. There are times when framing a thought piece with stats by the likes of McKinsey, BCG or some other credible research is important.
