What needs improvement

I signed up for Chat Odyssey after seeing their 30-day free trial on Product Hunt. I tried using a burner card but got an error saying prepaid cards wouldn’t work, so I added my debit card instead. Within minutes of joining, I realized the service wasn’t a good fit for me and tried to cancel. That’s where the trouble started.

The cancellation process kept throwing errors. I followed the steps it provided, but nothing worked. I reached out to support. The AI bot just repeated the same instructions from the site. I eventually reached a human agent, who asked for a screenshot and then never replied. I contacted support more than five times during the trial. No one ever got back to me. I even posted publicly on Product Hunt with no response.

Despite doing everything I could to cancel within the trial window, I was still charged when the renewal date hit. I’ve now had to dispute the charge with my bank.

Customer service gets a 0/10 from me. And as for the product itself… I never got far enough to really find out.

I Quit Vape

After being addicted to nicotine for over 18 years, I thought I could never get rid of my vape stash. I finally bought the Fum and was cruising ProductHunt when I spotted I Quit Vape. I figured I'd check it out and see where it went. First of all, the Fum helped curb the cravings. When I was feeling super weak and wanted to swap to a vape, I'd pop open my I Quit Vape tab and click the reminder and I'd immediately be brought back to my smarter thoughts. I Quit Vape gave me the last bit of strength I needed to actually quit nicotine, for good. I've been without nicotine for 39 days now and could not be happier!
HeyHelp

I’ve tried other email assistants before, including Fyxer, but HeyHelp is on a completely different level. With Fyxer, the tag colors all seemed to blend together, which made it hard to tell what needed my attention. HeyHelp’s color-coded tags are crystal clear...when I see bright red for Action Required, I know it’s time to get moving. I can also instantly spot the difference between FYI and Notification emails without even opening them. The AutoArchive feature is another game-changer. Low-priority emails like marketing or news get swept into their own folders so my inbox stays clean, but they’re still there if I want to skim them later. And the smart reply feature, tuned to my preferred communication styles, makes responding effortless. Setup was refreshingly simple, too. Instead of dozens of overwhelming settings like Fyxer, HeyHelp keeps it straightforward and intuitive. It’s made checking my email a smooth, stress-free part of my day...something I never thought I’d say.

Kanban Tool

I only found out about Kanban Tool a few days ago but it's made my communications with my Virtual Assistant SO MUCH SMOOTHER. I can now list the tasks I want her to tackle in an easy to see place and she can take care of them as she's able to. I love it!
