How do you engage your prospects and customers online?
Aside from the obvious social medias/communities, there has been a sharp rise in organisations using virtual events of all kinds from live podcasts to webinars and workshops to stay engaged with their audience. Are you using any of these means and why have you chosen that particular avenue?

What are your experiences with: Free Trial with payment details vs without?
I'm currently doing some research on whether we should include payment details when users are signing up for a trial, similar to what Netflix or SkillShare have successfully implemented or if we should do our free trials without the need to include payment details.
Benefits with payment details included in free trial signup:
- Higher conversion to paid
- Higher quality customer

I echo the comments here, It's definitely a good thing, if and ONLY if you have the time and mental capacity for it. Otherwise it might be wiser to spend the time with family and hobbies (hobbies can also be side projects that help you stay sane)!

You need to check out indiehackers.com and post on there for feedback, a really responsive community. Try to search your problem on twitter and respond to people tweeting about the problem, do the same on Linkedin if it's relevant to businesses and employees. Good luck!

Like others have suggested Evernote, hands down. I've been using it religiously for the past 6 years now! Since school! I have a note for each week. I bullet point the biggest tasks for each day that I NEED to complete - for more detail on each task I use ClickUp with my team. Couldn't recommend them both more!
Do you use notetaking apps? Which one would you suggest and why? 🙏🏼
