How do you keep creative juices flowing when working at home?

We know that productivity is a daily challenge for remote workers. I am guilty. So I am curious how you guys keep productivity at peak (or at a functioning level, at least) while working remotely? A good night's sleep and a cup of coffee/matcha are great boosts for me. How about you?

How did you get your first 100 users?

The first 100 users is often the first big milestone when it comes to user acquisition. I've seen countless blogs, articles and of course Twitter threads about it, how did you get yours?

What lead magnets have you tried to get users? 🧲

For MakerBox (products for Indie Entrepreneurs), we tried a lot of freebies: 1. Check-lists 2. SEO articles with value 3. Demo-versions of products - 30 tools from MakerBox Tools (full list is 600+) - 3 Frameworks from MakerBox Frameworks (full product is 50 frameworks) So far, 3 Frameworks from MakerBox Frameworks had the best performance. We got 100 users in 2 days. The reason is that it was a complex end-product itself. Today we're launching a free marketing week challenge! Excited about the results. Did you try challenges as a lead magnet? https://www.makerbox.club/market...

Why do you work at a startup?

Hey hunters! There are a lot of startupers here. And it is interesting for me why people choose to work for a startup. Personally, I like opportunity to learn something new everyday. My work is quite flexible so my responsibilities could change. And I really like it! What about you? Why have you decided to work at a startup? What is your favorite part of working for a startup?

Would you rather have more time or more money?

A simple question for the PH community. This year, would you prefer to have 2x more time (for family and personal projects) or rather have 2x more money?

What's your favorite no code tool for creating websites?

With so many builders out there, which do you think does it best? I've been using webflow for the past week or so for my newsletter blog and it's been an awesome experience.

How do you plan your day?

I believe that it's important to remember that we only have 24 hours in a day, and essential to use this time wisely by planning and organizing our activities. What are you doing to plan your day? Do you use any tool or follow specific methodologies?

What do you hate the most about digital marketing?

No intro. Just one question that will help me feel like not the only one who hates some aspects of the favorite job.
