Ready to launch, but what should I do first/next?

Hi everyone
I m new to Product Hunt and preparing for my first launch.

My product is ready to use, and I have prepared the website, screenshots, video, and other launch materials. However, I do not yet have an established audience or any users for the app as yet.

For makers who have launched here before, what would you recommend doing before choosing a launch date?

One week before launch and I’m suddenly scared

I've been building my SaaS for the last 3 months. Biggest thing I've ever worked on. Lost about 4kg, barely slept, basically lived inside this thing.

The whole time I was building, I was confident. Then QA week started and something flipped. Now I keep thinking, what if nobody signs up? What if I launch and it's just silence?

I don't know why the doubt showed up now of all times, right at the end.

Anyone else go through this before their first real launch? Did it pass once you shipped, or is this just part of it?

Should businesses customize an ERP or adapt to an off-the-shelf solution?

We've seen many companies spend months trying to fit their workflows into generic ERP software, only to end up creating manual workarounds.

Do you think it's better to:

Customize software around the business workflow?
Or change business processes to fit a standard ERP?

Curious how founders and operators here think about this tradeoff.
