We re-think our strategy once a year. How often do you do that?

In my years as a strategy consultant, I've met founders with plenty of ideas. The hard part is choosing one direction and holding it when a new opportunity pulls the other way.

I'm a founder too, so I know how hard it is to keep the balance between flexibility and consistency. Over time, we end up with a wider lineup than we need, or more audiences than we can really serve. So we keep deciding what to keep, what to let go, and when. The cost usually comes from making those calls too late.

Hi everyone! I m Nikos, a software engineer based in Greece. Outside of coding, I love photography, traveling, and finding new places to explore.

I m building Photographers Journal, an app that grew out of a recurring frustration: discovering a great place to photograph, knowing I needed to return when the light was better, and eventually forgetting where it was.

I wanted a simple way to save the location immediately, then add photos and notes later.
