In my 4 or 5 years of working at startups, I ve noticed that people always have a problem when they are told about changes:

free version jumped to a trial with a subscription or lifetime purchase

subscription and lifetime purchase prices increased

Working on FixerFlip has changed something surprisingly simple for me: I don't look at a house the same way anymore.

Before, I'd naturally notice the obvious things kitchen, flooring, bathrooms, curb appeal.

Now I find myself thinking about the less visible questions:

I ve noticed that I keep adding new productivity tools, hoping they ll make my workflow easier. But at some point I started spending more time organizing my tools than actually doing the work.

Now I m trying to keep things simple and use just a few products that I actually need.

Curious what others think: how many apps do you really use every day for work, and have you ever deleted a bunch of them because it became too much?
