We switched LYQN from flat monthly pricing to pure pay as you go. Here's why

Quick story on why we ripped out our pricing and started over.

We used to charge a flat monthly fee like everyone else. $49, $99, $199 a month, take your pick. Then I looked at usage data from our smaller customers and felt kind of sick. Some of them were getting 30 messages a month and paying us $50 for it. That's $1.66 every time their AI answered a single customer question. For a tiny business just getting started, that's brutal.

Built customer support AIs? Then you know the problem. You keep adding rules, paste in a policy here, teach it something there, and after a while you've got 40+ rules stacked up and rule 12 is quietly fighting rule 38. Prompt gets bloated. AI starts making stuff up.

It learns from your team on its own
Agent replies to a customer, AI turns that into a clean rule in the background. Checks it against everything else first so it doesn't save a duplicate or a contradiction.
