The painful success of fast-built MVPs
Hey guys, I've spent the last year building MVPs using no-code/low-code tools ( @n8n @Retool @Softr etc.) to validate ideas quickly before committing to full development cycles. My take is that these tools have been game-changers for speed, but I've noticed a pattern that's rarely discussed : The faster you can build, the harder it becomes to know when to stop iterating and start rebuilding....

Hey, I guess there's AI to identify security breach (don't have any name, but i feel I've already see that) but yeah Cursor don't really have an agent to identify that (if you are using this). Personally, I got a software engineer in my team so it helps. but since we use basic solutions (Vercel, Supabase, Cloudfare...) there is a pretty good basic protection. And final test is to ask a software...

Hey, I'm maybe not a good example but I keep and track my subscriptions in a Google Sheets, it helps me to understand where my money goes each month and how much it coast me yearly, maybe not the best but tbh it works for me ahah And yeah, I use Bitwarden as a password manager for me and my team.
How do you track all the digital tools, domains & subscriptions you’ve bought over the years?

I would say I'm lucky to know my co-founder @titouan_de_dain from real life, but if it wasn't the case, I would definitely be close to startup communities in my city ! My take is that people working at startups are more likely to become entrepreneurs themselves and are mostly tech curious, especially in software development :)

Hey @busmark_w_nika thanks for the topic! As a Produc and after trying so many productivity hacks, I finally found that the simplest tool that actually works to get your sh*t done is the most useful ahah. My day-to-day workflow centers on Linear for general products organization, Notion for documentation (combined with ProcessFlow, I'm biased since I built it I guess :D ), Google Calendar for...

I think local apps still have their place for performance-critical tools like Cursor or when security is paramount. In my niche, competitors offer desktop versions mainly for security reasons, but it's definitely a secondary offering (not their lead product). As both a user and maker, I've found web apps are the priority while desktop versions serve specific needs that browsers can't handle as...
