When I m scrolling through a list of products, the first thing that catches my eye is usually the logo.

Only then I look at the tagline, and after that, the description.

For us, it s a very simple infinity sign, but it actually says almost everything we want our brand to say.

In the early days, seeing new signups was an absolute rush. But the second we introduced paid plans, watching a paying customer cancel after 3 weeks hit completely differently. It felt less like a lost metric and more like a direct rejection of our product's value.

Looking closely at cancellation reasons, people aren't rejecting us because our price is too high. They're leaving because we failed to show them immediate value in their first week.

We route across a handful of models and on a spreadsheet the savings look obvious. The small model gets it right most of the time. The problem isn't the hit rate, it's the shape of the misses.

When a frontier model is unsure you can usually see it. The output hedges, goes vague, asks a question. When a small model is unsure it produces something clean, confident and wrong, and that sails straight past any eval checking format instead of truth. Nobody catches it until a user does.
