Congrats on the launch - this looks incredible. SO useful for both People & Culture teams and leadership. The last business I worked in was actually building their own version of this to solve the pain points of organising teams whilst scaling rapidly. It was nowhere near as good as this looks - just signed up!

Love this question Catherine. I've been lucky enough to work a 4 day work-week for quite some time now and truly believe it's the ideal arrangement. It helps prevent burnout throughout the year & results in less sick days being taken, and it just gives me a better overall sense of balance in my life. Maybe you could use some of your extra vacation days to work a 4 day week over summer at least?

To build truly world-class teams and access the best talent from around the globe, allowing for remote work & flexibility is essential and 100% the future. There are many benefits but also plenty of challenges with this model though and, to get it right, leaders and HR teams need to think differently about the employee experience and develop programs & initiatives with a 'remote-first'...
