I keep going back and forth in my head, does this even make sense? Or are we just walking into a quiet launch no one will see? I’ve seen people with big audiences still land in the middle, so I honestly don’t understand how much of this is preparation and how much is just luck. If you’ve launched before, would you ship anyway? Or spend time building some momentum first?
