Went back to their website just to double-check payment options and clicked "upgrade" to see what was available. They immediately charged me AGAIN without any confirmation step. Now I'm out even more money for a service that wasn't good enough to keep in the first place. Their support team either can't read or deliberately misleads customers. The charging system is predatory - no confirmation, just instant payment when you're browsing. The app itself isn't worth the hassle anyway, which is why I wanted the original refund. Save yourself the headache and find something else. Customer service is dishonest and the payment system is designed to trick you.
