Nothing on the idea and product side. I am discouraged as a first-time founder for things I don't know and need to know as well as the ability to make the right decisions without having the experience of building and launching a product before. List out all tasks in order by priority and Just do it. Don't avoid anything, limit procrastination, attack the uncomfortable, and embrace the challenges. This is your opportunity to create and do something great. Don't take it for granted. Do the hard work especially when you do not want to.
