I think that Agile methods can optimize time management by focusing on small tasks, setting priorities and adapting to changes. But it also depends on the team and project and may not work for fixed requirements and takes extra time to set up the processes.

I’m starting to use Time Boxing. I'll try to dedicate specific blocks of time for focused work on tasks. For example, I set aside 9 AM to 11 AM and and 2 PM to 4 PM for deep work, staying fully focused and avoiding multitasking or interruptions during that time.
