When I first looked at retro game stores, I assumed the biggest software challenge would be inventory or point of sale.

I m Buri, a product manager turned solo founder from Germany.

Over the past months, I ve been building RetroBase, a SaaS for used and retro game stores. While talking to store owners, I noticed something interesting: almost everyone had a POS system, but the work happening before a sale was still managed with spreadsheets, sticky notes, whiteboards, or simply memory.
