I'll soon launch https://talebotai.com/, waiting for the designer to come up with new branding materials and build the landing page.
Followed everyone in the post and the comments. :)

I have been using Robomotion for some time and still learning the different ways that it could help automate my work. The team in the Discord community is very responsive and helpful.
Suggest it to everyone!

I've been a remote worker before it was mainstream, and I'll probably continue to be a remote worker when hybrid becomes mainstream.

This is a tricky and very personal subject. I think companies should enable employees to choose which data they allow to be collected.
Would you accept your company collecting your data with a bid of enhancing the employee experience?

I don't think so.
But employers shouldn't prohibit talking politics on Slack channels or watercooler chats.
If employees can share cat photos on Slack, they can also create a Slack channel about politics and talk politics there.
We all witnessed what happened to 37Signals when company management banned political talks on Slack. (More about it here: https://techcrunch.com/2021/04/3...)
So I...

I don't think so. But this World Cup is full of surprise results, so I wouldn't be shocked if Serbia wins.
Can Serbia upset Brazil in the FIFA World Cup?

I prefer web app if links frequently shared from that tool. For example when someone shares a Notion link, I don’t want to go to browser first, then click on the browser popup to go to the desktop app.
Otherwise I prefer Desktop apps.
Do you prefer your tools as desktop apps or as web apps?

What is your best purchase under $100?
My all-time favorite is Roost Stand.
I bought the first version of it years ago, and I’m still using it.
What about yours?

I don’t. The company I work for allows only 5 days off for national/religious holidays.
I’m living In Turkey, where we have much more than that. So I cannot celebrate more than half of our holidays.
That’s one of the cons of working for a US-based company: very little days off.
Are you taking time off for Thanksgiving next week?

Pretty good list, thank you for sharing @tinaciousz!
I'm already using Cron Mac app and love it!
For managing calendar invites, I'd suggest TidyCal.
It's pretty affordable ($29 for lifetime use) and has a wide range of features:
10 calendar connections
Free & paid meetings
Reduced branding
Group bookings
Pro integrations: Zoom, Google Meet, Zapier, API
Custom redirect URL
