I entered in the prompt: "Who is against the genocide of Palestinians." and I received ZERO contextual answers on the active and ongoing genocide against the Palestinians, of which the current administration has been conducting, and instead received a comparative policy summary of two-state solutions and vague leadership preferences. The summary is between TWO candidates (NOT Jill Stein or any other third-party candidate, why is this ideological choice NOT explicit or trained to answer all possible candidates on the ballot???).
"Based on their records and stated policies, Kamala Harris appears to advocate more strongly for actions that might prevent suffering and work towards a peaceful resolution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.".
Why is your platform erasing the Palestinian genocide and encouraging two candidates who A) wants to finish the job the B) other started? Why is there no information about third party candidates?
This is sickening and shameful to American voters by gaslighting them into an ideological trap.
Simple, but not honest, and 100% spin.
@ravi_bajnath Hi Ravi, I am sorry for this. I personally believe that there is a genocide happening in Palestine. The system is built to not have opinions but to compare the platforms and wikipedia pages of the two main candidates.

@zorzini I can grant you that it just scrapes and re-represents public info, which questions the efficacy of using the service if the sources are this limited. However, I raised the third party candidate discrepancy twice, which is an ideological choice, yes? Hence, you can believe an event is occurring and actively support it by exclusion. If you didn't think the ongoing genocide wasn't a top priority issue to the American voter, then why only mention the two candidates who a) facilitated and b) is paid to see it finished? You don't have to answer, this is rhetorical.

While using the app, I deduced a clear bias towards one candidate over the other in tone, sentiment, and "facts." Have you utilized libraries such as TextBlob or Transformers to detect sentiment or bias in responses?
@freenudge Hi Richard, good idea, will look into these two!

This could be straight out of a black mirror episode, where AI personas vote on our behalf 😱
Or another twist, depending on what people's needs and criteria are, an ideal AI-based swarm of agents is created that rules based on people's UACs 😱
is this utopia or just inevitability?
Great launch, congrats!
Good question Alex, we only used the websites of the two candidates as source of truth and their wikipedia pages.

@zorzini Wikipedia is biased and is not a reliable source of facts.

Love that you created this but disappointed it hasn't gained greater exposure. It seems to be an occupational hazard. I created a "Get out the Vote" bot highly niched to young male gamers. Infused the KB with the latest study conducted by a couple of academics. It performs well but getting it out there is the biggest hurdle - and getting ppl to trust chatbots as well! :) Congratulations all the same!
