Brief makes sure the decisions, commitments, and goals a leader sets in motion actually carry through. I also co-host the PROMPT This podcast, where we cut through AI hype and give operators, marketers, and sales leaders a practical playbook for using AI. Before Brief, I co-founded SugarCRM and helped grow it from an open-source project into a global SaaS company used by millions. Along the way I led product, marketing, strategy, channel, and corporate development. I start things, build momentum, and challenge assumptions.
