Growth Hacks I'm considering - need your inputs

I'm building Draftly, an AI writing assistant for content creators and marketing teams. Here's where I am and what I'm exploring: Current Situation I've got: - A solid AI writing tool that content creators love - Strong initial interest from early users - Positive feedback on core features - Growing user base but looking to scale faster What I'm currently testing: Cold Outreach: I'm thinking about reaching out to content marketing agencies and in-house teams. Has anyone cracked the code on getting meetings without being "just another tool" in their inbox? Conversion Strategy: My current focus is on: - Optimizing the trial-to-paid journey - Reducing friction in the payment process - Making onboarding more engaging - Building sticky features users can't live without :) What I need help with: 1. How are you handling demo bookings that actually show up? 2. What's working for you in terms of trial conversions? 3. Any creative approaches to stand out in the crowded AI writing space? Would love to hear from other founders who've successfully scaled their tools, especially in the content creation space. What unexpected tactics/hacks worked for you? Edit: I'm really interested in strategies that worked in the last 6-12 months, given how quickly the market is evolving.

How do you decide when to launch on Product Hunt?

I'm working on draftly.so for the last few months. I planned to launch it on PH earlier but then after doing the research got different opinions. Some recommended: - Launching sooner to get more eyeballs and early users - Others recommended launching it once we have crossed X users milestone I'd love to hear from the community: 1. What has been your experience with PH launches? 2. Any learnings that you would like to share? 3. How did you decide on your launch timing? Looking forward to hearing your insights!

How do you use AI in your day-to-day life?

Until recently, I was personally using ChatGPT / Claude to most summrise and proofread docs, memos, sops. Since last one week, I've been using to redesign the website and app of draftly.so. I left coding a few years ago and I was impressed with the results. Something that would take me weeks was done in a couple of hours. What I learned is that you should treat AI like a child. Give smaller tasks and when it makes mistakes and you already know the solution, fix it yourself. Would love to know how your use AI in your daily life.

How do you manage your time as a founder/co-founder?

As a founder/co-founder of a startup, you juggle between many tasks throughout the day. How do you prioritise tasks to make mostbout of your day? What do you do yourself? What do you delegate? What do you automate? What do you ignore?

Is there a change in how Kitty Coins are calculated?

I've noticed that lately, the Kitty Coins on my account have been decreasing. Now, it doesn't really matter to me since I see them more as a vanity metric, but I was curious if the PH team has made any changes that could be causing this daily reduction in Kitty Coins.

Is there a simple Email Capture widget service provider?

I'm not looking for a fancy full-fledge email service provider. What I'm looking for is a way to capture email address on our blog at draftly.so and have them stored in a google spreadsheet. I can then zap them to whatever service I prefer.

How do you keep track of Competitors without losing focus?

I'm working on Draftly (dot) so, a tool to help people and businesses grow on LinkedIn. Recently, I had an experience that made me think. I wan on a call with a potential customer, and during the call they asked how we compared to another tool. I had never heard of it. Turns out, this competitor launched a few months ago and was getting attention in the same space. I tried to learn about them on the spot while on the call, but it didn't go well. The customer didn't sign up, and I realized I need to do a better job of staying updated on new tools in my space. As a small team, it's hard to keep up. We're busy building and improving Draftly, so tracking every new competitor feels impossible. Just curious: - How do you find out about new competitors early? - Do you track their features and updates regularly? If yes, how? - Are there tools, platforms, communities that help you stay on top of things? Would love to hear how others manage this.

What are you working on these days?

Hi there! Always curious to know what people are building - whether it's a side project, a startup idea, or just something you're exploring for fun. What's keeping you busy lately? Share your project below, and let's chat! Maybe we can exchange ideas or learn from each other. Right now, I'm working on draftly.so - a tool to help you easily create and schedule LinkedIn content. It's something I started to solve a challenge I faced myself. Looking forward to hearing about your projects!

Are there real benefits of getting listed on TAAFT?

I'm exploring different options to get more organic traffic to our product draftly.so. We are already listed on most of the FREE directory listing and now I'm exploring paid directories. I came across TAAFT (There's an AI for that) and found it interesting. Have you listed your AI product on it? If yes, what benefits have you got from it? Would love to hear your learnings and insights. Thanks in advance.

What app do you guys use for tracking users' bugs (product defect)?

I am looking for an app/software that helps to track issues/bugs opened by users in an an efficient way. Currently using nolt but I feel like there are better options that I'm not aware of. Appreciate the help! Pierre Edit: The goal is to be able for users to submit an issue but also to be able to check out the current open tickets, so they don't submit the same issue twice.

Which Chrome Extensions can you not live without?

I love chrome extensions! They make some of my tasks super easy. I add/remove extensions regularly, but these are some of them which I can't remove for sure. - Grammarly: Extraordinary help while writing anything from emails to blogs. - Dashlane: Can never remember my passwords. - Pocket: Best way to not lose the articles I want to read later. - Loom: Video version of "This meeting could've been an email". I love to quickly record screens and send it to my teammates. - Wappalyzer: When I want to know the tech stack on which a website is built on. - Honey: Of course! Which girl doesn't like good shopping deals. And while you re here, Check out our product Supademo. A simple Chrome Extension helps you create interactive product demos in minutes. Just curious: What are “Kitty Coins” used for?

Currently in the bronze category, just curious what Kitty Coins could unlock for PH community members?
