Engaging in conversations with the community is key. It makes personalities behind the team visible and allows you to collect valuable feedback.

I would organise my time differently to leave more time for testing and refinement of the product. The first impression is the most important, so you must ensure it is as pleasant as possible.

Based on the feedback and suggestions we have received since launch from our users, add more features, boost our security measures, and iterate on the UI/UX to make it even more pleasant to use!

Sharing knowledge within the team is a great way to help with creativity. In terms of programming, one can present "why we should use technology X instead of Y". A lot of great discussions come from that and usually lead to some great solutions
