For my MVP stage I went with Lemon Squeezy — super lightweight compared to Stripe’s full setup, handles auth + billing out of the box, and the free tier is indie-friendly. If you’re okay with a bit of setup, Supabase + Stripe is also solid (auth + payments together). Curious what others here have found, always looking for simpler stacks myself 👀
What’s the easiest no-code tool for handling subscriptions + payments?

Love this question 🔥. I’ve noticed the mismatch too — for humans, “complex” often means multi-step reasoning or “keep a lot of context in working memory.” For LLMs though, that’s exactly where things start to break down — they lose track, hallucinate, or collapse under ambiguity. Meanwhile, things we’d call “tedious but simple” (summarizing 200 pages, parsing logs, generating 50 variations of a...
What is actually a “complex problem” for LLMs?

Really interesting launch 🚀. What clicked for me is how Poke flips the usual “wait for prompt” model into something proactive. Most assistants I’ve tried still feel like fancy Q&A bots — helpful, but passive. The idea of getting a daily schedule text or even a proactive “running late” nudge feels way closer to what an actual assistant would do. Curious though — do you see Poke evolving more as...

Second launches definitely feel heavier — the first is about excitement, the second is about expectations. But honestly, that pressure is a gift. It forces sharper focus, better polish, and stronger storytelling. I don’t think the community judges harsher, they just expect to see the lessons learned. In a way, a second launch isn’t a redo — it’s proof you’re evolving.
The psychology of second launches - anyone else terrified? 😅

Totally agree — code is abundant, clarity is rare. The real edge isn’t shipping faster, it’s deciding what’s worth shipping at all. That’s why PMs and designers who can cut through noise, validate quickly, and bring focus are becoming even more valuable.
If code is easier to generate, what roles become the real bottleneck now?

Really solid points 👏. I especially agree with the extended trial one — I’ve noticed many collaborations fail because influencers don’t actually get enough time to experience the product before promoting it. Without that, the promotion feels forced. Curious though — in your experience, what’s the sweet spot for trial length so influencers can use it enough but brands don’t overcommit?

Why do most landing pages fail — is it design, speed, or messaging?
I’ve been diving deep into how founders launch their first products, and one thing stands out: 👉 Most landing pages don’t work. Some look good, but load slow. Some are fast, but the message doesn’t connect. Others nail the copy, but the design feels “off” and doesn’t build trust. As someone building my own startup right now, I’ve been obsessed with this question: What’s the single biggest...
