Pharmacist. Founder. Try-er.

About

I'm a clinical pharmacist in the UK, specialising in type 2 diabetes and nutrition. I have found a passion for building (no code) apps and tools during my kids' nap times. I'm hoping to help as many people as I can with the stuff that I build, learn and have fun in the process.

We gave users a button to erase everything their AI knows. Our retention went up.

Three months ago, we added the most terrifying feature in Murror's history: a single button that lets users permanently delete every insight, pattern, and memory their AI companion has built about them. Months of emotional context, journaling patterns, relationship dynamics -- gone in one tap.

Our investors thought we were insane. Our product team debated it for weeks. The data team warned us we'd lose our most valuable asset: the personalization layer that makes Murror's reflections feel meaningful over time.

How do you decide what is actually worth your time as a founder?

One thing I keep noticing is that almost everything can feel important when you are building.

Posting content, talking to users, improving the product, replying to comments, checking analytics, fixing small bugs, testing new channels, networking, reading advice, watching competitors.

All of it can be useful.

But not all of it moves the business forward at the same stage.

Hello PH!

Norfolk Diabetes Support is your pocket pharmacist for everything type 2 diabetes and metabolic health. It was built with UK users in mind and follows NICE guidelines, however healthcare is universal (and the glucose log supports both UK/ EU and US measuring units)

I'm looking for founding members who will secure a lifelong lower rate in exchange for valuable first feedback and pioneering the community forum

What features would make this useful for you?
