Anyone else feel burned out by heavy Task Managers?

I used to move everything through Trello columns daily.

It worked for a while, but over time, the setup became cluttered. Managing the boards took more energy than completing the items on them.

I ended up switching to a much lighter, minimal checklist setup that just stays out of my way.

what did you replace it with? Did a simpler app work better, or did you drop task management tools entirely?

Customers explain your product better than you do

I ve noticed something while talking to customers lately.

They describe the product in a completely different way than we do on the website.

We say things like save time or automate your workflow .

Have indie founders ever thought of raising investment for their idea or app?

I have build close 2-3 applications till now, none succeeded. But, while starting building or even starting to market, I never thought of making it big enough. It is simply because I was working on small problems and creating small solutions for it and to be honest, never wanted to raise investments.

But, in the startup and saas scenario, there are companies and saas with minimal idea have taken investments. For me, investments are a way with which you come under pressure of increasing your numbes faster. While indie saas owners can benefit all the profits themselves while never have to be under pressure when app or startup is down etc.

What do you think? Raising investment is a good choice for founders or when is investment needed?
