I created 2 saas but found out one has no market and the other has a very competitive market.

It started last year when I created my very first saas by myself (with AI). When I finished building it and marketed a bit, I came to realize that the market I was trying to target was actually not interested at all in that product or that kind of product. I ran meta ads (small campaign) hoping for a few signup and the results were - 0.

Then I build my second startup. It was regarding LinkedIn post generation. For this, I asked AI this time whether it could work or not. I was very sure by the answers of gpt and gemini that this would work out. But, then I started using reddit, and reality hits. There were various posts where people were promoting their linkedin saas. Some of those were automation related, carousel- generator, post generation also (ig).

What's the PROBLEM your product solves?

In the month that I've been here, I've been noticing a pattern in a lot of launches - strong demos, polished UI, clear outputs of "what it does."

But when I ask myself "What problem does this solve?" I sometimes have to dig for the answer. (I come by that thinking honestly - I've spent 33 years building and fixing businesses, so this is the lens I can't turn off.)
