Zoro is a personal task app for solo workers. CloudKit-only sync, no signup, no server. Opinionated solo agile — backlog, priority, effort, kanban — without team ceremony. iOS, macOS and web availability.

Hey Product Hunt, Brian here.
Zoro is the task app I built because I was tired of two things:
1. Subscriptions for apps that have recurring cost
2. Task apps that turn out to be team tools that are overkill on their own
So Zoro is CloudKit-only — sync via your Apple ID, no signup, no server, your data is in your iCloud — and Pro is three ways to pay: $2.99/mo, $19.99/yr, or own it once for $59.99 (lifetime), with a 14-day free trial, no card.
The shape: Personal/Business spaces, projects, priority (P1/P2/P3), effort (S/M/L on Pro), custom statuses, and List + Kanban views on the same tasks.
What it's NOT, honestly:
• No widgets yet (v2)
• No Shortcuts integration yet (v2)
• No Watch app (later)
Free tier: Unlimited tasks, unlimited projects, both views, full sync.
Pro tier: Historical weekly reviews, Stats and trend charts
I'd love your honest reaction - what's missing, what's confusing, what works. Replying to everyone today.
Thanks for stopping by 🙏

A widgets option for the iOS home screen would be great, something that shows the next task in your backlog right on the lock screen. It would make it way easier to stay on top of what needs doing without having to open the app every time.
Honestly the whole "no signup, CloudKit only" thing is kind of brilliant. Most task apps shove you into an account flow the second you open them, so actually just dropping straight into a backlog feels refreshing.

finally a task app that doesn't try to onboard me to a whole company workflow, the solo kanban with priority and effort fields is exactly the lightweight loop i needed

@mert214580 Exactly. I loved Asana for many years, but everything was so team-based and it felt like i was doing hacky workaround things just to get it to work for me.

finally tried Zoro and the no signup cloudkit sync feels almost magical, just opened it on my mac and the tasks were already there from my phone. love how it skips the team stuff
love that it skips signup entirely and leans on CloudKit, honestly that's the kind of opinionated choice that makes solo work feel frictionless. the kanban without all the team ceremony is exactly what i've been wanting.

@leylad3c5 Thanks! It took a lot of effort but the zero infra for our team was worth it for both us and the end-user!

@azadtekeli Definitely on the future roadmap!
