Compared to other tools, Zoom just works — fewer glitches, less setup friction, and people already know how to use it.

What could be improved:
The interface has become a bit crowded over time, and settings are scattered across multiple menus. Simplifying controls and permissions would make it faster during live meetings.

a lot could be improved, but acknowledge it is always improving.

Audio quality: it's a balance btwn zoom and the headphones used. it's better at isolating voices, but not if the voices are in the same room

Screen share: always seems to take people a while to get live what they want to share. If they switch screens or tabs, it often misses

Webinars: lesser used, but worst experience. Messaging between hosts/panelists - guests very challenging. ensuring people have the correct link to join as their designated role. breakout rooms transitions still feel horrible. All to say, this is the best we have used
