With Llama 3.3 70B powering the writing side, how are you covering the compute costs on your end and still keeping everything genuinely free with no signup?

@yaar89286282857 I was thinking the exact same thing. How can you provide free LLM access?
Looked at the website and they claim to have over 12.5K users and over 250K AI generations and their provider claims to charge $0.59/M input and $0.79/M output tokens.
Those 250K generations include ALL tool usage — not just LLM calls. PDF conversions, image tools, text formatting etc. run 100% client-side in your browser (zero server cost).
For the AI-powered tools (resume builder, interview prep), I use Groq's free tier (Llama 3.3 70B) which gives generous rate limits. Gemini's free tier and OpenRouter are failover backups. Multi-key rotation distributes load across accounts.
The actual LLM-heavy usage is a fraction of total generations. Most users generate 1-3 resumes then move on — it's not like a chatbot with ongoing conversations burning tokens.
Will it stay free forever? If it scales to 100K+ active users hitting AI tools daily, probably not. But I'll add optional donations (Buy Me a Coffee) and a generous free tier before any paywall. The goal is keeping the core tools free and accessible.

@yaar89286282857 Great question! Right now I'm using Groq's free API tier which gives generous limits for Llama 3.3 70B. For failover I use Gemini's free tier and OpenRouter. The PDF/image tools cost nothing because they run entirely in your browser — zero server cost. Hosting is Vercel's free plan. Total monthly cost: $0. If usage grows beyond free tiers, I'll add optional donations (Buy Me a Coffee) before ever adding paywalls. The goal is keeping it free as long as possible.

@yaar89286282857 @yudhish_khatri Great observation! Let me break down the real math:

Hosting: Vercel free tier. Domain: ~$10/year. Monthly cost right now: practically $0.
