Does it integrate with other platforms such as Slack or Discord to further enhance its accessibility and reach? Also, how does it handle more complex questions that may require escalation to a human agent?

thanks so much for your comments and questions! so, in terms of integration, we have our Gaspar AI chatbot to integrate with Teams and Slack exactly for the reason you say - this one is specifically for Jira SM. As for more complex questions, if they can't be automatically solved, the user fills in a very simple form right on the platform and it is routed to the right agent. Then following up the process is very easy, it just happens on the platform!
